  1. I mainly upgraded to be able to hold more power, the faster shifts are just a bonus. I was pretty used to the oem shift speed and it never really bothered me much. At the end of the day, it's never gonna shift like a dual clutch or sequential trans.
  2. Just swapped in my F1 and holy tits, this thing is awesome!, sorry bmx. The first 1-2 shift I almost shat myself , but it's learning and smoothing out quickly after 40 miles so far. Sport mode is unreal.
  3. you know, I always thought 19's would look too big, but those look pretty good.
  4. ^If time is on my side, I will let you know this weekend if they fit together. Love the GS brace, and I've had the MC/BB sitting on the bench waiting for a couple months, just need some time.
  5. ^YES! this was the one I was looking for that I know I had seen before. No longer available?
  6. ^how much power are you trying to get out of the gt40?
  7. Thanks for the links, but what I was looking for goes where the first one goes but much more subtle. It kinda reminds me a little of the rear spoiler on the 135i. It's not really a spoiler that sticks out but more of a contour added right above the subie emblem.
  8. I've tried searching but seems to be a pretty elusive part. Does anybody know who makes the spoiler piece that goes over the top of the tailgate below the glass? I'm talking about the plastic piece that the backup lights are mounted in. I've seen a few before that have a subtle molded in spoiler type lip. Thanks.
  9. Probably took 20 min each to remove with no press.
  10. If you don't have a press but you've got time it's not too bad. Just a lot of prying and cutting with a hacksaw. If you have the means, the press makes pretty short work of it.
  11. I've cut those out before to replace with poly. They are grease filled.
  12. Thanks guys, I have the Motive PB and have used it before should be pretty simple.
  13. So I've got a '06 sti MC/booster and the sti vac line with check valve ready to go in. Once it's all swapped out do you simply bleed the lines through the caliper bleeders as usual or is there any special procedure for bleeding the MC? Are there any concerns with air getting trapped in the ABS module? Thanks.
  14. Just bolted the yakima on hours ago, with fairing for extra downforce at the racetrack of course
  15. I went to school in sd the last 5 years and moved back 6 months ago. Looks like I'm really missing out...
  16. Looks like they have quite large medulla oblongata's
  17. I still won't be able to beat you I'm just looking to run a 16G on E85 reliably without killing my eat. Im in the san fernando valley area
  18. 5eat domination takes one step closer, look out 5mt guys, were coming...
  19. Also, a big thanks to all those of you who weren't affected by this but still showed your concerns, sympathies, and blatant disapproval of this type of behavior. This is a great community here and people really do seem to care; it's nice to know people like G.E are the nearly non-existent minority.
  20. As one of the people who contributed a large sum to this prick's new engine heads, I can say he is nothing but a lying, scamming, deceiving, waste of a perfectly good subie enthusiast. He led me on and on for weeks, and finally I took SBT's excellent advice and sic'd citibank on PayPal and Mr. East. I already have my money credited back to my cc account and I suggest anyone else affected do the same immediately. Unless he can PROVE to citibank that he sent me a package I received (small chance in hell unless he's got the U.S. Postal service in his back pocket) this case is closed from my end and I have moved on. That being said, if I wasn't 3,000 miles away, not only would I have gotten my parts, but all those he screwed over would get a drive-it-like-you-stole-it joyride in his LGT before we stripped it of everything worth cash and torched in in a field. Growing up in LA, this behavior is just not something you do, simply because you never quite know who you're dealing with. You inadvertently screw over the wrong character who rolls around strapped to the teeth everyday, not only are you not given a second chance, you loose much much more than your paypal account. I hope maybe he learned something from all this, as these behaviors tend to catch up with you sooner or later. People have been shot dead in the street for much less than $1000, enough said.
