  1. I got stock shocks/struts/springs whatever you wanna call them up for sale in Ocoee (west Orlando) $50 bucks to the first taker.. I don't have any clue on the mileage and I don't have pics (I'm out of state). I'm coming to Orlando on the 24th and 25th of April and packing up and moving back to Texas.. I'm selling them cheap since I can't get any additional info. I pulled them off my car which has 100k miles... should make a good temp set if anyone has coilovers going in for a rebuild.
  2. Wouldn't really make sense, Texas is one of the few states that doesn't have a state income tax. Our taxes are through property and a higher sales tax.
  3. Yeah, it is legit. I'm getting mine through the same place... (I think it's the only place). If you haven't moved here yet, when you do, you'll see them all over the place.. Here are the two I see all the time: http://www.myplates.com/images/large/auto.LoneStarBlack.png http://www.myplates.com/Images/Plates/PLPB202 The $200/yr pricetag is only for 1 year though. If you pay more up front for either 5 or 10 years, the per year price drastically drops.
  4. Texas has a few nice custom plates, I was looking at one of the solid black ones with a white lone star hanging on the left.. I see it quite often. Not sure though if I'm going to customize the tag number or not.. I also wouldn't know what to make my plate say either
  5. I haven't seen anyone here that has said anything negative about reman'd ones from Autozone
  6. I was looking at some of the ones on Rockauto.com, but I think I'll end up going with a reman one from Autozone... unfortunately, I can't replace mine for a while.. $$$ =(
  7. I already have them, got them in the first batch, I just haven't had time to install them Once I move back to S.A. and save up for the VB I'll install the bearings. I also still have a CV boot to replace... probably end up replacing the whole axle.
  8. I'm still wanting to do this!!! Can't do it until the economy improves more I still have David's center diff bearings to install
  9. Is it worth the drive? I'm in Ocoee, so we're on opposite sides of town. Unless you want to meet half way. Would you be willing to take everything from me and trash what you don't need? And you know I won't be in Orlando until either the 3rd or 4th week of April right? LOL
  10. I doubt I'll have any takers.. especially since I'm not there to sell them. How much would you be wanting to spend on those? If I don't sell them, I'll just give them to a dude across the street who recycles metals. He took my stock CBE and pipe off of me.
  11. My GF and I decided to go ahead and head out towards the end of April to get my car... so if anyone needs or wants a cheap set of OEM sedan struts and springs for a spare hit me up
  12. Just a few more months left in Orlando for me.. I got one thing that I know of for sale.. OEM struts/springs, unknown mileage. My car just passed 102k. I'm not sure what to ask... since I don't know the mileage on them.. I'm asking $100 for all 4. These came off a sedan, and none of them are blown. I was going to keep them as a spare, but since I'm moving and I'm not going to pull a trailer, I need to get rid of these before I move. I can't take pics of them at the moment either since they're in a garage and I'm nowhere near them
  13. It's gotta be an old video.. it's been what, over 15 years since the Houston Oilers existed? BTW, It's been a while since I've flown into Ellington
  14. I'd like to get one for my LGT as well, I have the Prosport boost and oil pressure gauges in the top cubby, but I don't really care for it, plus, I'm wanting to put either the OEM Nav in there or an aftermarket HU with nav.. but I can't find where to order them on the website
  15. Did I miss something? Are the ones for the 4th gen discontinued?
  16. I'll be moving out of Florida this summer, back to Texas.
  17. You'd have my business, but like said, demand really is too low.. I don't see how most distributors and resellers stay in business. It's almost like you have to expand your market to every singe JDM car available.. This economy just sucks.
  18. I go 50,000 miles between oil changes.. ..on my semi-truck I change my oil about every 4-5 months, which is usually around 2,000 miles or so for me.
  19. They're still shipping.. I got mine last week, installing it right now
  20. You can always surf Japan-partner.com and see if they have any S402's.. I just looked and they didn't have any available, but there was tons of other Legacy's... BTW these are all JDM cars that you can import..
  21. Anyone know of a good body shop near Orlando? I got a few dents that need to be pulled, plus some holes on the trunk that need to get plugged since I'm going wingless
  22. It does, I think it's either from static electricity or inline interference. I have about a 4' 3.5mm cord that plugs into my trucks radio and it pics up a lot of interference. Thanks for the info, that's one less thing to worry about.. now to order my kits =)
  23. I saw it came with the 3.5mm, but I want a 2nd 3.5mm input as well so I can plug both my ipod and a sirius/xm receiver (a portable one) in it.. of course though not use them at the same time. Can you use a splitter for something like that? EDIT: Oh wait on the jazzy ipod connector, do you not have to plug the 3.5mm jack into the ipod? hell if that's the case then what am i worrying about? LOL
