  1. I think I already have my answer but would any efficiencies be gained by having a better pump installed on a N/A car? Not that it needs more fuel but maybe better delivery of the required amount.
  2. I'm 3600 miles with RCE's on the stock struts and they're holding up well. I'm on the stock shoes too.
  3. With the 19mm rear sway and Kartboy's the struts do need to be rotated. There is the tiniest bit of the top endlink bolt that does touch the strut when at compression. Barely noticeable if you raise and lower the car but it's easy to get that to happen while cornering. If you tighten it a bit further than recommended spec it will quite down but not recommended. That RCE bar will need the struts rotated for sure.
  4. Does anyone have any other strut leads. I've checked Koni Tokico KYB These guys all have nothing at this time. Does anyone have other brands they've used?
  5. Well my thoughts of coilovers have been assuredly crushed:rolleyes: Back to my old way of doing things; spring/strut packages.
  6. Thanks, I forgot all about that issue. There are a lot more parts to seize from the weather. Here in PA they salt the bah-jiggers over everything in the winter and we get a fair amount of snow/ice.
  7. I like the availability and info of Megan coil-overs but I'm unsure about the durability of brand. The other set-ups I'm finding it a bit harder to find a lot of pricing or other info. Racecomp Engineering Tarmac II Coilovers BC Racing Coilovers KW Version 3 I'm looking for a good brand to install myself or with a friend so I'd like to make it as straightforward as possible in case I have an issue.
  8. I was going to do the separate spring/strut package but the coils are sound so much more appealing. Low in the summer raise it up in the winter and dampening all year long:lol:. Its just a matter of which ones to go with.
  9. You could put a little switch where that punch area is next to the change tray to turn it on and off. I think that punch area was for the factory light kit but I'm not positive. It could've been for the ejector seat option.
