  1. Try to look into an wrx/sti or maybe the h6 master cylinder. I bet on nosioc there has been someone that has done something similar with the mater cylinder swap.
  2. I will say that between all 3 of my subaru's, and every other car I have drove my subaru brakes we probably the softest. I know toyotas are known to have the touchiest brakes and this is noticed with my moms 05 4runner. I think it is just a subaru thing, I am use to it now and when I drive anything different I tend to whip lash myself the first time lol
  3. So what was the total cost for this set up? Looks like my tax return found a home lol
  4. I had mine replaced when I had my alignment after my 04 WRX strut/spring install. They just bought some from napa, had no problems with them. I believe there are not many choices for our cars to begin with.
  5. I have heard nothing but bad things about silverline automotive. Read on nasioc about them. Way to expensive, like $1500 for 04 sti seats.
  6. Oh boy, you are killing me, I am going to have to quit being lazy and actually do this swap. Tell him to return them lol
  7. Ya I have read a little and it seems to be, I dont know why I havent done it yet lol.
  8. He has drums in the rear before I believe, So for your application you wont need them.
  9. Lucky. My 01LGT feels tighter than...hmm idk lol but its tight haha. My 97 LGT well I think it spent sometime on the corner...lol It was owned by a female at one time lol sorry for this post in advance...im tired of hw and I am trying to procrastinate
  10. Mine is the same way. Sloppy in all gears and neutral, and hard to shift into 1st unless it is warmed up and stopped. The fix pretty much requires all new shifting linkage and bushings, and a short shifter when you have it all apart.
  11. It takes a while but it will become second nature very soon lol. Then try to drive an auto again, it blows
  12. Do you still have the 96L also? Are you going to keep or sell the white one?
  13. You have all of the cool bumpers in JDM land lol. Throw on a GT-B limited bumper, by far my favorite bumper ever made.
  14. Possible. Were the headgaskets bad when you pulled them though? The radiator could have cause them to go if it is indeed clogged. Disconnect your lower and upper rad hose and stick a hose in the upper and check for flow.
  15. You have a ej22 kaz, they somehow work for them lol With the erj25 I have yet to hear of an aftermarket one working.
  16. I think if any would fit it would be an RS one, I think 3-5th gen has a different suspension then us, and turbo subaru's have different control arms.
  17. The best way to fill coolant on a boxer engine is elevate the front of the car and open the bleeder screw and slowly fill until it will not accept anymore coolant. It should take 15-20 minutes, and keep the heat blasted while doing this. Then once you think it is good turn the heat off, crank the ac and drive it kinda hard, if the temp gauge even starts to increase do it again until it is fine. Every time I have done it the first time it works perfect.
  18. Oh wow I should have given you the guys number, he is in Forest Grove, OR.\ Sounds like they did a good job though.
