  1. If you want to buy one and have me hold it until you say "ship", that's fine too (I assume you are without your car right now, so it would be pretty useless for me to ship you a kit...?)

Correct. Let's do that then. I know you ship fast but the French customs in Tahiti are REALLY slow at processing and clearing packages (can take 1.5 month easy). Plus they tax things like crazy. So I'd rather wait till I get back.

  2. Happy to ship one to you. International shipping to most places should only be another $10 or so.

Hoping to touch base with the machine shop tomorrow to see how things are going--hope to have more kits available shortly.

Cool. Do you think you'd have some kits done by the 30th of Nov? I'll be 'home' for thanksgiving :). I could then save some on shipping.

  3. I see. I am interested in getting the nexus 7 + Navigon for a dedicated GPS navigation app. But it appears that it is not compatible with this device .

Currently using an 'old' Garminfone A50. It has everything I want and even the Torque app. But it is ssslooooow .

  4. Here ya go.

This is an older photo with my Pioneer system mounted in the cubby, but now it looks much the same but just with my Google Nexus 7.

Nice but can't see your set up well enough. Can you post closer pics of where you installed your clock/mpg readout as well as of your Nexus 7? Sorry :).

  5. I guess you missed this post. Mike did it while doing the street tune.

He felt the stumble while getting on the highway in 3rd and 4th gear, he began making adjustments with the lap top. By the second time I rolled into 3/4-7/8 throttle, it was a little better. It kept getting better and better as he made adjustments.

I'm assuming he must be able to adjust oil flow to the cams, isn't that how the Variable valve timing works ?

He's the guy with the brains, that's what I pay him for.

I did see that post actually. I was just under the impression that he actually mechanically adjusted something related to the camshafts in under one hour (e.g. valve clearance, etc...). So I was like "wow, How did they do that?"
