  1. Might plan on having like a mini-install day. All my tools are up in Bellingham, WA. mclarenf3 may come down, depending on when I commendere the GT from the fiance. More are welcome.
  2. You mean a snubber? http://www.mcmaster.com/#pressure-gauge-snubbers/=8iawzr http://www.mcmaster.com/param/images/pressure/3820kp1l.gif
  3. So, short of going through 12 pages of info - someone figure out where where's a good spot to tap into the intake manifold, and where to run the hose through the firewall and to the sending unit? Nothing was mentioned in the manual....
  4. Heck yeah! Man, you guys need to stop making more things I don't need. =)
  5. I hate to have to filter through 7 pages of posts....but does anyone know if this mod is compatible with LED interior lights? Since they are polarity sensitive, I thought I'd ask....THanks!
  6. Well, I'm sure there's going to be a loooooong line of beta testers to choose from - I want to make sure I'm on that list! The nerd inside of my is getting a chubby from this product, and seeing you develop it. Well, what are the trade-off's? Does the board have enough processing power/memory to handle it? Or the ability to display the required resolution for the information to be useful? Or is it meant to be along the lines of "oh, this is cool, check this out!" kind of thing. I mean no disrespect, as I have an idea of what goes into a product like this - but if to add the capability, it will: a) increase development time (programming) b) increase hardware cost (more memory) c) sacrifice other capabilities (always tradeoffs) d) delay release time (constantly making it better) So, that's food for thought. The project manager side is beating up my nerd sice.
  7. End of March is not far away. Boy, how do you get on the list of Beta Testers? Great stuff, and it really feeds my nerd side of making stuff like this work. Keep it up!
  8. I think I have a chubby. Great job on the development work, and along with the rest of the guys here, I'm sure we'll be in line when you have this product released!!!
  9. I need a comparison - Jazzy vs Leptronix. In favor of the Lep - No CD, no ground loop (supposedly, but that may be different based on above post). Jazzy - no soldering. Anything else.?
  10. Yeah, but will it cook me breakfast? What ballpark $$$ wise are you thinking?
  11. Good meeting you today Jay! Enjoy the tires!
  12. What about having the boost and Vac on one sweep...just split the difference down the middle. Have the vac be a different color than the boost. IE: |<----------<X>---------->| <X> marks the center of the gauge.
  13. I spilled my coffee laughing so hard.
  14. You can actually reach your hand inside from the side between the pop its, feel for the bulb base, twist 'n turn, and pull it out without removing anything. As a result, it takes 1 min to remove, and 3 min to put back in (since you're doing it blind)
  15. yeah, it does look pretty gnarly with all that sht torn apart. You can get replacement ones at Lowe's. It's in the hardware bins (next to the nerts and bolts). Two two a bag sets you back $1.19. and the best tool(s) for the job, or any job on the Subie, is a good pick set. http://sellinitall.com/images/new%20snap%20on%20green%20pick%20set%202.JPG

  17. Props for a good thread! Saved me tons of time otherwise! (And not having to pull out the center console to get to the e-brake lever was awesome.)
  18. Will this work with LEDs, since they are polarity sensitive?
  19. About 3100K. http://assets.sylvania.com/assets/images/masters/ProductComparison_Auto%206d116f89-f521-4e9f-9a82-6e31053c9567.jpg
