Oh my...so tempting...how much is shipping to 95121?
Cali seems to be very expensive. Lowest I've found is $627 so far; for reference 48331 to Salt Lake City was ~$300. If you'd like to do additional shopping around, by all means.

Can you elaborate on what "too agressive" was for you? My last (new) car was a Fiesta ST w/Recaros and I loved those seats.
I've been trying to decide if these are worth it for a daily, if I should look at STI seats, or if the stock LGT seats really are the best fit.
(Or go all out and find some JDM Spec-C Recaros for all the $$$$$)
They're heavily bolstered seats, so I've gotta be careful every time I get in and out to not wear the foam/bolsters. And some of my family members are a bit wide in the stomach region and don't enjoy the tight fit too much.

I have the black leather covers and trim for the front seats if you are interested.
I had removed the occupant sensors and seat belt receivers to install with my STi seats.
It would take more work, but cheaper shipping for just the covers and trim.
I cannibalized my original seats to make a set of Recaro's work, but I just ended up not liking them. Probably would be easier to find tan seats tho; how much do you want for them?

Looking for a resonated 3" mid-pipe and 05 only black leather seats in good to excellent condition. Willing to ship both to 48331.

Still available? If so, I'll take it.

Don't know about Detroit city proper, but the metro area isn't so bad for work.
There's definitely a bunch of white collar engineering jobs, and with that always comes blue collar skilled trade jobs to support them. The problem is that the jobs are pretty focused on the automotive industry. Everyone works in automotive, and nothing else.

I have the fuel lines in a great condition.
Fortunately, I've long since replaced them. This thread can be closed.

Chocoholic, did you end up finding 42068AG04A? I'm wondering what's involved with changing to the '06-'09 parts since I plano n getting a new fuel tank anyway.
Nope; just ended up restoring what I had. Cleaned it up and coated it.

i'll check for bubbles in paint. came off a washington/california car. Short of full disassembly, there's no guarantee of rust condition.
If they aren't splitting at the lower seams, it's probably worth it for me.

mister drama is back from vacation.
let's make a deal.
Still want the black doors if rust free.

My previous attempt to use a clutch masters stage 1 organic on my 07 when I went Stg2 resulted in a rock crushing sound when in decel... This is why I swapped back to my factory Exedy clutch.
A lot of talk about noisy CM clutches; and then you say rock crushing sounds. Inconsistent rock crushing sounds? Still trying to diagnose my weird bellhousing rattle in neutral, and rock crushing is pretty accurate... Of course I have a CM clutch.
-
Yup; wagon/outback specific i'm afraid.

Airbag light could also be from the lack of airbags. The OE seats have airbags in the side bolsters.
But the recaros have airbags as well in the side bolsters. Now they may not be compatible... but I have a feeling they are. Most airbags run off of the same base wiring design.
-
Haha I totally get it; too many projects. Pretty sure the driver's side is set; got all of that handled, no spare plugs (save for the heated/power seats). The passenger side has the gauges clamped, the 05 seat belt and the occupant module plugged in, but the octopus mess of the wiring harness that connects it all definitively has additional plugs that aren't connected. I haven't looked too hard into them yet, but I assume they're important.
