Just peek at the springs ^^^ ...or look at the top of your strut towers. It should be easy to tell if they are stock springs or not.

Not much sense in upgrading endlinks without an upgraded sway. The point of a stronger endlinks is so your stock ones won't break when you install a stiffer sway.
