  1. I don’t know the answer to that. I would call them. Alternatively you could do it yourself.
  2. I'm sorry you are having a bad experience. I did get the "Good will" credit. They know these batteries are JUNK. I paid 250 which is not trivial. One other thing I did was turn off the dome light. I once noticed it stayed on for quite awhile. I complained to Subaru about their "GTP-Guaranteed trade in program" as I might have bought an Outback but the Dealer wouldn't honor it. No Hassle indeed. Subaru never responded.
  3. I have a 21 XT Touring and End of August 2022 I left work and the battery was dead. Had it checked out at the dealer and they said it was good. Fast forward one month later and same scenario. On my own I put an AGM battery in and complained to Subaru. They did reimburse me. Those OEM batteries are JUNK.
  4. Have the dealer do the update. It's by USB not OTA. Make sure it's the November 23 update. That'll get you the Full screen AA. If they balk, tell them you have issues like Sirius XM not starting right away. That's what I did for the March 23 update (also by USB) and they did it. I did the November update myself via USB per instructions on the Outback forum with no issues BUT read the instructions CAREFULLY. Most issues I had are gone. Very happy camper now.
  5. The March 23 update addressed that. If you haven't done that update then I believe this one will. When I did the March update, SiriusXM would start almost immediately instead of 30 seconds later.
  6. This should bring you to the right page on the outback forum that lists all the symptoms addressed by update #9.https://www.subaruoutback.org/threads/2020-outback-software-gigathread.517684/page-517#replies
  7. Per my perusal of the Outback forum there is new software available. One of the things it does is give us full screen Android auto.https://www.subaruoutback.org/threads/2020-outback-software-gigathread.517684/page-519 I installed it yesterday. No issues
