As if the new stupid forum wasn't the nail in LGT.com or this car model there are now stupid posts like this.

Stick to your rights to fix ugly ass green tractor you riced out POS

Ok what’s with the hostility? Someone upset that they see a fellow owner who actually wants to fix their car and make it look apart from the 30 other look alike shit boxes in their area?

People like you are what’s wrong with the community.

  2. Hey guys I've been eyeing up the burn-up body kit recently and I've been wondering if anyone actually put that kit on their car. I know already I risk losing my foglights since the bumper did not put the cut outs on, I already planned a work around for that. My main question is about the wing. The website says it needs additional drilling but I'm not too sure if it mounts with the factory bolt holes aready or I need to make new ones. I'm one of those guys who tries to do clean installs so I can go back to factory whenever I need to.

Is there any clarification on the install or any similar looking wings that utilize factory mounting holes?

  3. Hey guys last summer I had my clutch replaced due to a TOB failure. I put in a smfw clutch kit that fit the wrx and 07+ LGT as well as a heavier duty clutch fork. I only put about 7k miles (not hard miles) since and I haven't driven it much at all this year. Well after I decided to back it out of my garage after it sat on ramps for a week it started to squeal only when I push the clutch in. Even just a bit. The noise was a bit quieter this time, last time was louder for sure, but it was indeed the same sound.

Is it the TOB again or something else?

  4. I figured out what my issue is. Cobb used an 07 legacy that had a few things changed since 06. One being the bpv recirculation hose, it’s the same as the 08 wrx where it has additional bends. Cobb says you don’t have to change it but I call bullshit since mines different than their photos. The pcv system also mounts up different. The blow by sensor is mounted to the pcv housing where as my 06 is mounted to the inlet. Idk what Cobb was thinking with this inlet design. Should just say to delete that sensor entirely
  5. Hello, I’ve gotten a Cobb v2 inlet but I’m confused how how the fitment works on my 06.

The big one so far is the bpv return. From what I understand the 05-06 legacies are different than the wrx. Cobb assured me that this wouldn’t matter but on my test fit I could barely get the hose on without kinking in all sorts of way.

Another issue is the pcv system. On the Cobb inlet, they moved the pcv connection to the front of the inlet. They included a barb with an adapter so you can hook your sensor to the inlet.(Cobb sent pictures on how it works but their demonstration used an inlet with the pcv in the factory location) Now where do you route the hose as well as is the harness for the sensor even long enough to reach the front of said inlet? I was just debating on deleting the sensor and just run a line with a spare barb.

    Any help Is appreciated
