To answer some questions that have come up:

1) Will work on 2.5i. Comes with the brackets needed, rotors, etc.

2) Uses the Superlite caliper. A race-proven caliper built for whatever abuse you want to throw at it. Multitude of pad options are available for street, autocross or track! Caliper is LIGHT!

3) Comes with SS lines front. Rear slightly more.

4) Fits over stock wheels.

5) Uses stock rotor size. Again, flexibility. Use our OE-style rotors, DBA4000s, or our upcoming 2-piece directional vane rotors.

6) Comes with ProSpeed GS610 premium brake fluid. Again, no skimping here. You get the one of the best and proven fluids out there.

When will this pre-order last? I am very interested in it but I am extremely poor now. $1099 shipped ? or shipping is extra?

Just went to the dealer for service today. My carbotech XP8 only have 2.6mm left for the front & 3.9mm for the rear. I went to 1 track day + 3 auto-x events only + 6000km street driving, is that normal?

That wear rate does seem a little high, but it can vary greatly depending on your braking technique.

What kind of rotors?

The Pre-Order price is good until I have everything here and ready to ship. Which should be end of this week or early next. Just waiting on the Wilwood calipers to show up.

1.25" 31,8 Disc Width

120-8466-R/L

1.62" 41,1 mm Bore

1.10" 27,9 Disc Width

120-8465-R/L

1.62" 41,1 mm Bore

.81" 20,6 Disc Width

120-8464-R/L

I can double check warehouse tomorrow, but the part number should be on your box ;)

Yes, but keeping with people's budgets in mind, I dont see many people getting rears. Plus on the performance side, you arent going to see a huge benefit.
Maybe on the LGT but we Outback people could certainly use it. I understand there is some difficulty in dealing with the parking brake which would make the entire setup harder (i.e. more costly) to create. Thanks for the help though.
The Ridiculousness is no more :( But you can have your very own piece of it. **The Ridiculous Part Out.** :D

Greg, weve looked into it, but the initial setup cost is pretty big. We were going to look into it after selling some of these fronts and then putting the $ into R&D for the rears.

Stock brakes are starting to squeal at 54k... I'm starting to reinvestigate brake upgrade solutions.

I love the idea of being able to use stock sized rotors (don't want OEM blanks though... they get so rusty) and being able to fit them under my stock wheels (for snow tires, a definite plus vs. Brembos).

"Stage 2" upgrades with pads/rotors/lines/fluid are going for $700... a couple hundred more for nice calipers might be justifiable, so how much are these going for these days?

I would need to paint the rears to match though...

$1299 with everything you need and you can choose from coated blank, slotted or slotted/XD.

Stock wheels and lower consumable costs (pads and rotors) over Brembo.

Lemme know if I can help, thanks.

I am interested in these as well, since the Legacy disc is 30mm and the ones listed below are 31.8mm and 27.9mm then it must be the model that fits a 31.8mm Disc but are the pads usable to the end or do you have to replace them when they get 1.8mm from running out? Maybe it is a completely different model or there is something I am not understanding. Let us know what it is and give us insight on how it works.

Pads are useable to the end.

Not sure on the 09 wheels but can make them fully refundable to you if they don't fit

Can this be placed on stock rotors?

Can I get these in red since my rears are painted red?

my 09 wheel dimensions are..... 17x7 +55 offset.
