As the title suggests, this is about getting excited about things. Follow this link to a dealer in Australia selling the new Sti tuned wagon.

Nice cup-holders! I'd rock that wagon, even if it is an auto.
Here's proof: Just 1 minute after buying my OBXT, I had 7 phone calls from insanely hot women, and got 7 dates out of it. Coincidence? I think not.

Still an AT though no matter how you slice it.

 riiiiight...so when you can get beat down by an AT that can boost launch and shift better than you possibly can (not to mention be stronger than your MT) , "its still an AT"

sorry for the OT..

and your point is?

Have fun with your clutch in traffic. I can understand if you like the feeling of engaging a clutch, but performance wise, unless your a professional driver, the difference is minimal. I know I have driven both. My previous 06 LGT sedan was a 5MT. Having had a 5eat wagon for the past year or so (granted mine is an IPT 5eat), it accelerates at the same rate every time I stomp the gas. With a 5mt u have to downshift to the right gear, the shifts aren't even close to as smooth, etc.

Now considering the fact I used to push close to 400 whp, I am only referring to my recent back to stock / stage 1 experience.

Anyhow, this aus wagon is hot no matter how you look at it. although 40k is a little steep for my pockets.

Not to argue, but I can downshift my car perfectly smoothly. You'd never know I downshifted. But I have never driven a IPT 5EAT, only the shitty 5EAT that comes stock, and I know they don't compare.

Just saying I can shift perfectly smoothly in my 13 year old 5mt.

I like the MT because it is more fun too. And also the only subarus I could afford were over 10 years old, and the old autos are pretty bad...

But if I only ever drove in heavy traffic all the time, I think I'd get the auto.
