xt2005bonbon
As the title says, do I need to break in my engine after the heads got refreshed? The short block has been left alone except for the oil pick up tube (changed with a killerb). If I need to break it in, what procedures should I follow? Car has 63K. Parts changed: -8 valve lifters -most of the gaskets from the full gasket kit (including valve stem oil seals) -oil pick up tube -TOB (TSK3) -spark plugs -both filtered banjo bolts If I need to break it in, that would kinna suck cause I just put some fresh 5w40 fully synthetic Shell oil in the car.
