CEL and Cruise light on

Recommended Posts

I have a 2005 Legacy GT. The CEL and cruise light went on while driving on the highway. I think it's b/c of a gas cap. I own a COBB access port, came with the car. The problem is I don't know how to use it. I'm hoping someone can walk me through the proces to get the codes to turn the lights off.

Welcome to the forum.

Go to Cobb's site and download the manual to the AP.

Got to any auto parts store, they will read the codes for free.

It normal fo CC to flash when you get a CEL.

Where are you in CT ?

So I guess you've heard of EFI logic ?

If you need tuning, that's where you'll want to go.

Did you just buy the car and how much do you know about the needed up keep ?

There is no code needed.

Down load the manual, follow the directions.

Is your's a version 1 or 2 ?

Bought the car a few month's back. EFI tuned it for the previous owner. There are a few upgrades to the car. Not well versed on the needed up keep. Will download the manual later. At work right now.
