Dark Pony
I've read this is something that is common with WRX but I didn't find a lot on the legacy wagon. 05 legacy wagon gt sometimes when I'm at a light and I stop it almost feels like the car just wants to go lol. It does stop completely but I get some shake. 99% of the time if I let off the brake and apply it quickly it stops. It's not something I'm really sweating but I am curious if anyone else experienced this. Any input on this? Thanks in advance!
12sechatch
Re-read what you wrote to yourself and tell me if it makes sense to you. When you apply the brakes, your car wants to accelerate?? Or, when you apply the brakes, there is vibration?
driving
I had similar problem when a aftermarket axle was installed. Use OEM axles only.
Dark Pony
I have OEM axles on it. 12sec I know it sounds weird but it's a little of both but more the vibration ..I apply brakes and when I stop it vibrates little then i let the brakes off and quickly re apply them and it stops. And it sometimes feels like it wants to go haha like it's an aggressive car LOL. It's a 05 gt
boxkita
I'm guessing its an automatic? if 5mt, you might not be pushing clutch all the way in, or having slippage in clutch cable? Build my car Boxkita Track days
