Great-looking brisket and pork shoulder! I'll bet they tasted as good as they look.

Is that a Weber Rocky Mountain (aka Weber Bullet)? Or?

I used to have one and it did a great job on brisket and pork shoulder. Now I only have a Weber kettle so I limit my bbq-making to tri-tip (pretty much a West Coast cut of beef) that doesn't require long slow cooking.

The photos are from the Weber Bullet, a chuck roast and large chunk of salmon.http://ruthvenphotos2.com/files/chuck_roast.jpghttp://ruthvenphotos2.com/files/salmon.jpg
