Max Capacity
i always wait until i have warm air in my defrost before i drive, and if its snowing i mkae sure it heats up until windows are drfrosted...only use 93 octane gas too I start my car, clean off the frost/snow with the scrapper and drive the easy to warm it up. The theory is gas can bypass the cold rings and dilute the oil. I'm close to 20,000 miles on my ej257. 305,600miles 5/2012 ej257 short block, 8/2011 installed VF52 turbo, @20.8psi, 280whp, 300ftlbs. (SOLD). CHECK your oil, these cars use it. Engine Build - Click Here
Mega Users paintpollz Posted March 19, 2013 Mega Users Share Posted March 19, 2013 still only 5000miles shouldn't matter they should have replaced the oil cooler. They should have replaced it if a borked turbo or starved engine stirred up metal shavings in the witches brew "Remember Danny - Two wrongs don't make a right but three rights make a left."
