Ryan's good people :)
He definitely seems so, I told him Tach Motors is charging me a certain amount to pull the motor and put it back in and he said he would honor that price...

I'm going to their shop next Sat to check it out and talk with Ryan.

He definitely is based off the time spent with him, I feel very comfortable with him doing the work on my car... He had a good understanding of everything I wanted done to my car and explained if anything purchases would be overkill or not...

Yup, it is hard to find shops that will talk you OUT of stuff. We do it almost every day.

Most recently we had a guy who is getting a HG job done at a dealer (partially paid for by SOA) who wanted to come for his Timing Belt job with us after he got it back. We told him to find out if the dealer will install the new timing belt kit and water pump while doing the HG since it comes out to do the HG anyway! Could have taken him for a whole Timing Belt kit install but rather retain a customer and save him some money.

I would definitely highly recommend having the valve body kit and ATF Cooler installed. The B&W Kit from Summit is about $65 for the Cooler and worth every penny and use the Redline High Temp ATF Fluid. It is like gold for an AT.

Don't know if I'm too late or not but will give my incite... Ryan @ MR is definitely real cool and has helped me out with parts in the past. I can't vouch for his work but am sure it's good. As far as a Final Pro Tune goes I would recommend Turbo Mike out of CT hands down.

Thanks, I'll keep that in mind. However Ryan said they do tuning there so I';d rather them build and tune the car at one place. Less headaches for me.
