Ive been quite satisfied with stock and have seen many aftermarket clutches be a major pita for daily driver so was very much leaning towards the exedy1 and sti flywheel....anybody else have an opinion on this?? Whatisit Posted March 28, 2013 Share Posted March 28, 2013 when my 09 spec B needed a new clutch (i was getting the front LSD installed), i went with a STi lw fw and clutch. I went with the ACT Streetlight and HDSS clutch, and the pedal is stupid hard. if i could go back id go with an oem sti setup as its way too overkill for how i drive. I have the stage 1 and have had it for over a year now on my DD with stage 2 power. Engagement is choppy and the pedal is extremely heavy.
