Stang70Fastback Posted November 7, 2012 Share Posted November 7, 2012 A lot of times, the issue is the inner spline ring doesn't seat correctly against the jacket. I would look to make sure all the splines are intact, and that the rubber nipples haven't been pushed out of their mounts.
