Kennyfvholla
My 96 GT 4EAT would run consistant 16.3 to 16.5 passes. Usually at 80 to 85 mph-ish. I don't remember exactly.

DOHCEJ22E1
wait a minute, i'm still not there yet. 97 GT with ej22. I'm probably about a car length behind this man at launch, you know, with a near absolute lack of low-end & all. He'll get to you before I do. Kennyfvholla
I wonder how quick my 98 GT 5MT runs the quarter.. Well, when the suspension is actually aligned and my struts actually work and the whole car doesn't shake my doors off.

twisty
The 8.9 for the 98 leg gt, that is 0-60 right? ya, first number is 0-60, 2nd number is 1/4 mile
Kennyfvholla
That 8.9 seams wrong. Everywhere else I look the 98 5MT says 8.2 seconds to 60. 8.9 even seems a tad slow for the automatics...

twisty
considering a 2005 Dodge Charger R/T does 0-60 mph in 5.5, sure. my civic hatch is supposed to rate at 8.5 hehe. late 90s civic SI is supposed to do it in like 7 sec tho.

ChemicalWaste
I loved my 98 GT Limited but it really was no GT. I had fun in it and it was a good car and still, in my opinion, one of the best looking models they've had. The thing just didn't have quite enough power for me to pass all the old folks going to Amish country and Yoders around here.
Baddog
For those that are curious. As I'm on an untuned 12:1 frakenmotor. My best time tonight was a 16.2 @ 84mph. 60 foot times of 2.2 consistently. Not enough power!!!
