SomethingWittyAsAUsername
Bad news, broski. Welcome to the dying differential club. We meet on Thursday nights and talk about driving in slow circles in parking lots.
Stang70Fastback
Not necessarily a failing differential. It might be the center clutch pack that splits the power front-rear. You can diagnose it by putting a fuse in the little FWD fuse holder under the hood (it's in the upper left corner of the engine bay if you are looking into it.) It that solves the issue of binding in tight turns, then you know where the problem resides.

johnegg
i might just remove the rear drive shaft.will i loose fluid if i do that? . if you remove the whole thing you will lose fluid. if you just remove the rear section of the drive shaft you will be ok. just remove the long straight pipe from the center support back. 4 bolts and nuts on each end, 12mm. you have to remove the heat shields to get to it. johnegg
the red FWD will not light up if the duty c is bad. and the fuse will not correct torque bind if the duty c is bad. both of these are a test to see if the duty c is bad. your duyt c is bad. Stang70Fastback
I think what he is trying to say is that your duty c is bad.
SBT
i'd guess that the duty C is bad... Check with Brok in the second gens. He just went through a replacement on one of his IIRC. - Pro amore Dei et patriam et populum -
