Loose Crank pulley, stripped. ASAP!

Yeah, check it out. The third pic shows the location in the bay, I used a little green handled screwdriver to make it more visible.

 

I haven't tried using the flywheel access under the engine. That sounds like another good trick.

got mine installed today. Little more throttle response. Won't know if it will help mpg yet. Been averaging 28 with the ac belt removed. Was pretty simple to do with a 5 speed. I just put mine in 5th gear. Pumped the brakes. Then I just put my 22mm on and wrenched it off. Had to use a hammer to tap the old pulley. Then wiggled it off with my gloves on.

 

I did remove my fans to have more access. Other than that, this was VERY easy.
