Raven714 Posted July 29, 2012 Share Posted July 29, 2012 The shifter bushings have gone out, and I need to replace them. My question is; Do I have to drop the transmission to change it? I've never lowered the transmission to do it. If you're talking about the front and rear shifter bushings, then those are a 5 minute job. If you're talking about the linkage joint, then thats about a 30 minute job.
