Leviman
Because you reflashed. Idle is always a bit shaky after a reflash.
dryvby
Ditto. ECU is re-learning idle.

Justin case
My car has always seemed to do that. It did it before i got an accessport and still does it stage1. However whenever i cleared codes or when i reflashed it the first time i would have to crank it 3-4 times before it started and even after that it would die sometimes when coming to a stop. It stopped after a few good drives.
iNVAR
be patient, it'll stop. why did you reflash? as far as cranking, you're supposed to wait 5 seconds after turning the key to the on position before you actually start it because the ecu is rebooting.
