suboogru Posted June 23, 2012 Share Posted June 23, 2012 I want to do the washer mod but my bolts are RUSTY and am assuming they will break off at the head. Does it matter what bolt it is replaced with, or just as long as it is long enough and fits inside the bolt hole. The flanges don't care what bolts you use. 305,600miles 5/2012 ej257 short block, 8/2011 installed VF52 turbo, @20.8psi, 280whp, 300ftlbs. (SOLD). CHECK your oil, these cars use it.
