A/C not always cold enough - Compressor always ON - '09 Subaru Legacy

Car still has 3 months to go for warranty.

Symptoms that started occurring in the last couple of weeks:

1. A/C will blow cold air for 10 seconds then standard "fan" air for 10 seconds. It will loop indefinitely.

2. Compressor will stay on at all times.

3. I would hear water going from left to right occasionally behind the dashboard.

Going to the dealer tomorrow, however I do not want to be scammed by a service that is not covered under warranty.

Would like to have some feedback on possible issues with the A/C system

Thanks

Water behind the dash is a air bubble in the cooling system. Jack up the right front corner of the car, remove the radiator cap from the tank by the turbo and squeeze the hoses to burp the system. That tank should be full of coolant.

I just topped off my coolant tank with Peak Global ($14.00 @ Kmart) anti-freeze when I installed the engine 2 weeks ago. I filled it up with some old Peak coolant and some old Prestone I had left over from other jobs.

305,600miles 5/2012 ej257 short block, 8/2011 installed VF52 turbo, @20.8psi, 280whp, 300ftlbs. (SOLD).  CHECK your oil, these cars use it.
