stevo0525GT
i have found when i let my car idle for more than a minute or so on startup in starts flashing the c.e.l. for a while and then randomly goes off. i just plugged the obd2 into it today and it said PO303 which is a cylinder 3 misfire i believe. but i just recently changed the turbo out and havent gotten it tuned yet could that be the reason the misfire is occuring? any thoughts? Mega Users seabass07 Posted May 19, 2012 Mega Users Share Posted May 19, 2012 What do you mean you changed out the turbo? You got a bigger turbo without a tune?

Mega Users seabass07 Posted May 19, 2012 Mega Users Share Posted May 19, 2012 That's really bad if you've been driving in boost. Which turbo and which tune?

Mega Users seabass07 Posted May 19, 2012 Mega Users Share Posted May 19, 2012 It could be an injector issue. Which injectors are you using? Some large injectors idle like crap. I'm assuming you've been tuned for the injectors you're running?
stevo0525GT
yes i have been tuned for the injectors and power enterprise 850 cc injectors
stevo0525GT
Should I do a compression test before I get It tuned?
Mega Users seabass07 Posted May 20, 2012 Mega Users Share Posted May 20, 2012 Not a bad idea considering the misfires and you going for a big turbo. My first thought was overboosting and knocking from not being tuned properly. Swapping turbos shouldn't mess with your idle. Could also be a vacuum leak. stevo0525GT
The only thing about the idle is it changes rpms when sitting still no longer a rough dying idle since I switched spark plugs
