Drogos
I finally want to get a decent, real deal air gauge. I am sick of using toys that kind of show you what your pressure is. I found this: Intercomp 4" analog Accutire digital I am always sceptical when I see digital gauges so I am leaning towards the first one but maybe anyone can recommend something different. thanks
TheOneDoubleN
Longacre Racing gauges are a good investment. I have the magnum 4".

TheOneDoubleN
Ball, and liquid filling isn't necessary.
jasejase
i have a couple traditional ones (as in your first links design), but cant think of the manufacturer... I also do have a digital accutire, and it works really well. It's always spot on against my ol' fashioned ones. Just keep it out of the garage in the winter. Cold KILLS the battery in it quickly. TheOneDoubleN
I used to use the Accutire digital gauges, but after buying 3 $20 gauges that all broke one after another at some point for one reason or another, I decided to spend the $60-70 on a quality gauge that would last a lifetime (Longacre will also re-calibrate your gauge for you at any time). TheOneDoubleN
guess i've had good luck! When they work correctly, they're very accurate. I used the same one for years before it finally broke, then the two that replaced them both had different issues.
jasejase
dont make 'em like they used to.
dtmenace
my preference is for this type, the rubber coating on the housing makes them significantly more durable & the pass-through allows you to measure while adding air to the tire: http://www.pashnit.com/pics/products/CyclePump/EZ-AIR_400.jpg

tito_b0y
'Nother plug for Longacre. I've got the liquid-filled one and it's pretty accurate to my local ETD's gauge. 2006 SWP 3.0R 5EAT VDC BBQ 2008 OBP 2.5i 4EAT BBQ [RIP]
froggert
i've been using an accugage for the last few years. $20 or so, has a bleeder valve, fits any wheel and reads consistently.
