Stock exhaust won't be too loud on a WRX. For ~$27k you should be able to get '12 WRX with zero miles. This is true, I have four kids, and need to be able to possibly fit three of them in the back (three out of the four are still in car seats, one can go into a booster) I don't often carry adults in the back.
