lmlght14
While maintaining a constant speed, if the rpms are between 1500-2000, I occassionally get a strong vibration/rumble which I think is coming from my 5EAT. I had the trans fluid flushed <1,000 miles ago during an inspection at the Subaru dealer. While the vibration/rumble is occuring, if I give it gas or let it coast, the vibration goes away. The vibration feels similar to driving over the rumble strips on the side of the highway. Does anyone have any idea what may be going on?

lmlght14
I recently had the trans fluid flushed, engine air filter replaced and serpentine belt replaced at the dealer and did an oil change with Castrol Edge. That's it for the past 6 weeks.
lmlght14
Is there a possibility the rumble could be related to the TSB for the "Automatic Transmission Learning Control Procedure"?
lmlght14
I received confirmation from Subaru yesterday that the torque converter is bad (reference service bulletin 16-74-09) and it's getting replaced today.
