LegacyDan
My AP calipers need a bit of TLC, lots of stone chips from last few weeks of bad weather and 2 years of use. I need to figure out best way to repaint them and weather i should go with the same matt black with Yellow logo or change it up a bit and do something different Current color scheme looks like this( slightly more chipped than this now!) http://img80.imageshack.us/img80/6425/dsc4271.jpg I'll probably be painting the wheels matt black with some plastidip to cover up some kerb rash so need to decide on what will look good with this. chutrain
I painted mine all black for the stealth look. Most people who have BBK want to be seen with them, so it depends on what you are looking for. There are some beautiful examples done with powercoating. Maybe black with red lettering to match the wheel and STi cap?
iNVAR
I have nothing constructive to add but had to compliment you. That looks nice!
fahr_side
Mine are the stock grungy grey color with faded yellow logo. No intention of making them stand out anymore than they already do. Stealth FTW. http://i.imgur.com/DWNTy.jpg Obligatory 'build thread' Increased capacity to 2.7 liters, still turbo, but no longer need spark plugs. Stealth FTW. http://i.imgur.com/DWNTy.jpg nice i wish i had the 6 pots, i think they are much better made and higher quality than the 4 pots. what size are those rotors? im was thinking of upgrading from my 330 s piece rotors a larger set of single piece 355mm ones if i can find them and get a caliper bracket to suit. One thing i noticed on yours, looks like there is a lot of rotor unused by the pads. Mine would probably be the same if i went to the larger rotors
fahr_side
I have 4-pots.... CP5200. The rotors are IIRC 330x28mm... usual AP dimensions. Of course the hat is rusty now so the proportions look more normal.
