red beast Posted September 2, 2017 Share Posted September 2, 2017 dumb sensors are dumb. if the paper doesn't get picked up from the tray...it's a jamb. if you missed a stuck piece of paper......it's a jamb if you missed a small piece of paper in a sensor.....it's a jamb check the paper path clean the rubber on the paper pick-up, above the tray, with isopropyl alcohol. it gathers paper dust, makes it "slick". after a few failed tries you get a paper jamb.
