You should be ok. 305,600miles 5/2012 ej257 short block, 8/2011 installed VF52 turbo, @20.8psi, 280whp, 300ftlbs. (SOLD). CHECK your oil, these cars use it. AZP Installs Posted October 20, 2011 Share Posted October 20, 2011 You can but it isnt the best idea. Staying out of boost though is the only safe way to drive an untuned car anyway. I would put it on right before you head to the tuner and make sure to replace all the vacuum lines.
