nrankin81
I decided to lower my 05 Subaru Legacy sedan. I bought Koni sport struts and swift springs. I also bought rallitek front/back sway bars and rallitek front/AVO 70mm rear endlinks. I'm hearing a metal clunking sound in the rear everytime I hit a significant bump. Going under the car it looks like the sway bar is hitting the lower control arm. Has anyone had this issue before. Is there any endlinks that I could use to replace the AVO and prevent this issue? Meshanks07
I have kartboy front and rears on my car and dont have any clunking. recommend those if you replace the ralliteks. i am not sure but i think they are known to have some issues with what you are having. Osei
Make sure the bushing mounts and the endlinks are tight. I have 19mm Rallitek rear and AVO links and no clunking. But, std suspension otherwise. How much was the car lowered? O.
nrankin81
Roughly a inch in the front and .8" in the rear
Osei
Not enough on it's own to cause clunk. Make sure everything is tight. O.
bmx045
this happens to my gt and 2.5i. the rallitek bars are unfortunately like this. You need longer endlinks in order for the bar to not hit the LCA. I've learned to live with the noise.
