subbygt Posted August 19, 2011 Share Posted August 19, 2011 So I have a 05LGT only mods are spt intake and perrin exhaust. The problem i'm experiencing is my car just doesn't feel like its boosting like it use to, i mean from everything i have read stock boost is around 13.5 and i'm hitting 10-11. The car has no other problems idles perfect drives fine, just had timing, waterpump, and belts replaced. When I first purchased the car it just seems like it put me back more then it does now I'm pretty sure I was hitting 14-15 psi, the only thing done besides timing was the battery died about a month after I had it and as far as i can tell thats about the time i started experience less boost. lieutenantcolumbo Posted August 20, 2011 Share Posted August 20, 2011 Check the line that goes to your bpv. Mine came off despite my zip ties this summer and car was limited to waste gate pressure.
