Baddog
I have been browsing the forums trying to find the guy who had the Red STI Swapped Legacy GT. Anyone know where that is now? Search blows.
cusco-awd
Its in Texas and also FS. You would have to check out tx classifieds on that other site.
BAC5.2
XCNTRK75 was his handle. He built the car, sold it to someone in Oregon. That guy sold it to someone in Texas, and apparently it's for sale again. It was a SOLID car. Definitely a lot of fun. The original owner went into a BMW 5 series, I think. I almost bought it from the second owner, actually, but the timing was off. TexasLegacy2.5GT
Brokn', I arrived too late to see that car when it was on here. Sounds like a fun car a owner put some love and thought into (not to mention Dinero). There was no build thread about that red Legacy? Maybe on NABISCO? I Donated broknindarkagain Posted August 4, 2011 I Donated Share Posted August 4, 2011 If it was a USDM STI engine, then it was a 2.5L. The only 2.0L STIs are pre 2004 JDM. -broknindarkagain My Current Project - Click Here COME AND TAKE IT "The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing." TexasLegacy2.5GT
Read that FS classified....the car sounds stellar but why does it change hands so much? It's like no one wants to keep it!
BAC5.2
It doesn't change hands so much. It was built, then sold so the builder could focus on other things (his family). The "second" owner sold it, I believe, to go back to school or something like that. I don't know why it's being sold again, but it's probably a good reason. That car is a ton of fun, at least it was the last time I drove it when the original builder still had it.
