The 95 is odb2, but the earlier motors are impossible to find around here, and I have a 95 Legacy sitting here for parts... Will it work? Would I want to keep the intake manifold from the odb1 car? I would swap over everything like that you could, but I dont see why the block would be any different. Just the wiring which is all on the manifold. Chances are it'd be the same. michael11 Posted July 27, 2011 Author Share Posted July 27, 2011 Well I researched and found... yes. 1995 and maybe early 96 can be switched back and fourth. You would just need to keep your intake. At some point in 96, they changed from a duel port exhaust to a single port. At that point your exhaust won't match up... Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
