Pinks and Koni's on a Wagon

Recommended Posts

Anybody here running the Wagon specific STI Sport Springs (Pinks) and Koni's (in the stock strut housings) on a 2005-2009 Legacy GT Wagon? If so, are shims required for the rear in order to avoid a saggy butt?

I'm no expert, but from what i've read on here, shims may be needed. The wagon has along overhang.

Contact someone like Mike at AZPinstalls. He's on here somewhere.

Have you posted this in the suspension forum ?

I haven't tried pinks w/ Koni's, but I don't think you'd need shims in the rear. The front pinks are rated at 15 mm (.6") drop with Bilsteins and the Bilstein/Spec B/JDM LGT tophats, but they drop considerably more (1" or so) when used with the stock USDM KYB-style tophats.
