Rushin
If it all fits well with shorter lines i will be able to ship them out asap. I do have a few extra long lines if anyone wants a long turbo oil supply line.
Rushin
Looks like i found some perfect size copper washer that fit on the 10mm line. I am testing it with my car right now. No leaks so far. Hopeing to find 12mm washers too.

Rushin
http://www.mcmaster.com/ i don't know where you are sourcing your parts, but mcmaster-carr has everything under the sun, interested in kit, will pm you I looked there but they still dont have the right size and thickness banjo fittings. The ones I get are perfect thickness for AVCS and block ports with stock banjo bolts. Should get the lines today and hopefully be ready to ship out tomorrow. When I test fit I will post the results. I will have at least 4 kits ready and probably one more with a little longer lines.
Squiden
^ Perfect! Here's hoping that the fitting goes well tomorrow! I got the oil filter, so now I just need the lines.
Rushin
All parts have arrived! My car was too hot to remove the lines and actually bolt the lines in to test fit, but i did line stuff up with the new line and it looks to fit very well. 9" seems to be the best size, plus its the cheapest for some reason. The next size up is 10 and its $4 more per line. I will actually take stuff apart tomorrow and install new lines on my own car when the engine is called. But i do think it will all fit great. So that said here is how the parts look http://i863.photobucket.com/albums/ab200/ttarlov/Oil%20lines/DSC_0669.jpg http://i863.photobucket.com/albums/ab200/ttarlov/Oil%20lines/DSC_0668.jpg http://i863.photobucket.com/albums/ab200/ttarlov/Oil%20lines/DSC_0665.jpg http://i863.photobucket.com/albums/ab200/ttarlov/Oil%20lines/DSC_0663.jpg http://i863.photobucket.com/albums/ab200/ttarlov/Oil%20lines/DSC_0662.jpg http://i863.photobucket.com/albums/ab200/ttarlov/Oil%20lines/DSC_0661.jpg http://i863.photobucket.com/albums/ab200/ttarlov/Oil%20lines/DSC_0660.jpg I am not sure yet if i want to ship them in a little box, flat rate box or just in an envelope like i have it right now. What you guys think? Another part that i am thinking about including are the brass washers. I did find the smaller 10mm at napa for .69 but the bigger 12mm would still have to be sourced from the dealer and i think they are like 1.50 a piece at least. MrHellrais3R
^ I would definitely include washers with the kit, then it can be labeled as a full kit. Did you get the teflon coated lines? You can easily ship them in an envelope or a flat rate envelope. Only caution would be for the t fitting, but that's more solid that those pos 2 male/ 1 female styles. The kit looks good though, hopefully more people start swapping out their garbage hard lines for some quality braided lines. All we need is a simple DIY walkthrough for people to see how to cut out the old hard lines and set up the kit. (which is easy as hell btw) Also anyone who gets this kit.. DO NOT use thread sealant or silicone tape on the threads, there is no reason and you will only increase chance of messing up the threads, cracking an end cap, or cracking the T. Just hand tighten and then use a 15mm crescent wrench and make it a 1/4-1/2 turn tighter.
Rushin
I will include the washers. But it won't be until probably Wednesday until I can get the washers. So if you guys want the kit PM me and you will get one on these five.
Rushin
So just as I expected lines fit perfectly! I still have a long 12" line going to my block so with a little shorter 9" line it will fit even better! This kit is so versatile and can be adjusted to fit either over the wastegate arm or under it. There are many way to make it fit. Pictures to follow very soon. So this means that I have now only 3 full kits available. And I will be including all needed washers so the kit is 100% plug and play! Rushin
Anybody who wants one PM me and I will send you my paypal. Price is 140 shipped. Btw, like I said before not making any money on these. Just enough to cover gas money driving back and forth from post office and time I spent researching and stuff. This is really just for the community, an easy "turn key" solution. BigTDogg MA
Nicely done. Small flat rate box should do it, $5 for all of the US.

SBT
Nice work on this. BTW - With the amount of contamination members are finding in their replacement turbo bearings, post-engine or -turbo failures, any oil supply line that doesn't have an excellent in-line oil filter for oil supplied to the turbo, will fall behind other setups that are incorporating this into their oil lines. - Pro amore Dei et patriam et populum -

Rushin
The good thing is that you can make it fit with FR inline filter. Its not cheap tho.
mr.hicksta
Great pics! Are there any other options for an inline filter aside from the FP one? Out of curiosity of the two FP sells which would be best for a BNR 18g? Very nice work Rushin....can't wait to get mine!!!
Rushin
Not sure on the inline filter. i will keep my eyes open. I am still trying to figure out how to make this whole deal even cheaper without sacrificing quality. The stuff i have is very very high quality, pretty much bullet proff stuff. Rushin
perfect! its about $35 bucks shipped from the supplier i get the rest of my stuff. So quite a bit cheaper than FP. And looks much better.
Firepuma
Payment sent- you going to sell the filters too? Lemme know-
Rushin
Nt sure on the filters yet. Trying to figure out how well they flow. It looks looks like they are 140 microns and I am not sure if that good for most turbos or not. And the filter is male on both ends, so I would have to get some type of adaprter too . Squiden
I went with the larger FP filter (the red one) - since the BNR turbos are not ball bearing type, no need to restrict the flow (plus, you can always restrict the flow via the banjo bolt - which I just plan to stick with the stock turbo banjo bolt).
