Coffee has already been linked to reduced risk for type 2 diabetes, gallstones, Parkinson's disease, and liver cancer. And recent studies suggest that drinking coffee doesn't increase the risk for heart disease or stroke

Also, have you heard, salt is not so bad for you. Make sure you increase your salt intake to lower your chances of heart disease.

For years, doctors have been telling us that too much salt is bad for us. Until now. A study claims that cutting down on salt can actually increase the risk of dying from a heart attack or a stroke.

The only thing that we can be sure of is that we will end our existence one way or another so why worry about common food.

As for coffee - dark roasted, freshly ground and used in an espresso machine to make sure that it's freshly brewed.
