Baddog
I was throwing around this idea. For us single port guys. I have a friend who can weld pretty well. What if we cut off a runner off each side. Blocked off the hole we created. Removed the Dual Port flange and then welded on a single port flange? Would look kinda funny. But I would guess this would work? Anyone have any insight on this? http://www.speedyracer.com/servlet/the-173/Subaru-Impreza-Header-for/Detail
nmd003
You'll have to think about the location of your exhaust ports and if you can get them to line up right with the modified flange on the headers. I don't know much about fabrication and welding so I can't say whether it's feasible or not. -- Sent from my Palm Pixi using Forums
Baddog
I am pretty sure for the most part they will be lined up. Maybe a runner needs to be shortend on each side. I know you can bend these pipes fairly easy or so I think.
I Donated broknindarkagain Posted May 14, 2011 I Donated Share Posted May 14, 2011 Easy solution.... Cut off the dual flange from the header set. Then cut off your stock single port flange and weld that onto your new headers. Or you can buy an Audi! lmao -broknindarkagain My Current Project - Click Here COME AND TAKE IT "The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing."
