I know some good chinese food place my house. Aside from that my mom knows a good chinese place in glendale i'll get around to asking her when she home tomorrow from vegas

 

What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas + MOM =

 

I explained my policy with no fingerpointing or blame.

I doubt anyone will be butthurt over my absence.

 

I do appreciate the heads up that posting my policy may cause people to feel butthurt. Instead I will just post that a meet sounds interesting and not speak of my attendance. If I show, I do. If not, not.

 

In this instance Im 99% sure that Drew understood and was not butthurt since I told him on the phone "Do it! Work! Feed the beast!" when he called me. We both have careers and families that have to take some precidence.

My mom got back to me on the gooood chinese restaurant she thought it was in glendale but its in burbank and its called Gourmet 88

As for good dim sum there is great place where the alhambra library used to be in the plaza next to and it is really good its my favy or you could try NBC in Monterey Park my dads favorite place. As for Thai, Sala Dang Sin in pasadena, and Japanese the restraurant next to Cafe Bizou on raymond in old town pasadena its great its my parents favorite place they have shabu shabu there too I think its called Shaab or Shaabu, and my favorite japanese place is in montrose price is really reasonable and its called Sushi Plus. If you are down for late night happy hour (really cheap beer and bbq dishes like $3-$8 bucks sometimes cheaper) like japanese bbq gyu-kaku on green st I go here alot. As for Indian there was a really great restaurant they might still be there or they might of moved it was by the Renisance theater in Alhambra If I remember right its called Mahan. If you like middle eastern food Wahibs is good thats in alhambra too.

I was disappointed I did not get to hang out last week but I have a doctors appointment in Glendale Thursday and I should be finished before noon! I did not think I would get a chance to hang out again so soon.

 

Is the Coral Reef too far for you Drew? Its right near my doctor.

Why I dont CONFIRM for LGT.com stuff anymore, NOT anything you guys did, its the automotive mess I've got going on:

 

Durango is still in the shop and the wife had a last minute meeting on the westside come up:spin:. She will be off in the LGT today and I will be bussing it to the doctor. I am now swinging from 95% attend to 5% but if I get out of the doctor early enough I will give Drew a shout and maybe he can grab me on the way to eat but its just not the same without the LGT.

 

Have a great lunch, I'm bummed I will miss you guys but I thought I would have two running cars by now. I can't make things difficult on the wife for a social engagement when I am probably going to see you guys tomorrow night!!!
