hukne001
Is it possible to get only the faceplate without buying the whole radio. If so what is the part number of this faceplate or does anyone have one for sale? Thanks

hukne001
Why do you need a new faceplate? I want to do my own custom work for putting in a DVD/Nav into my car but it involves cutting my original faceplate so I want another faceplate in case my plan doesn't pan out. I Donated thefultonhow Posted April 18, 2011 I Donated Share Posted April 18, 2011 I want to do my own custom work for putting in a DVD/Nav into my car but it involves cutting my original faceplate so I want another faceplate in case my plan doesn't pan out. Just wondering -- have you looked at the back of the faceplate yet? The circuit boards for the climate control and the radio are one and the same. It's very difficult to separate them without intimate knowledge of electronics. I'm not from your area and have never heard of Fred Beans Parts. We live roughly 1500 miles apart.. There are a couple of things that might help you out here: 1. Long-distance calling 2. Email/the Internet 3. Parcel shipping services (e.g. UPS, FedEx) 1500 mi is a surmountable barrier for those devices. http://www.fredbeansparts.com/ They are located in Doylestown, PA, FYI.
