I would like them to fit flush with the fender wells, and no, I do not plan on lowering the car, which is a GT wagon, tires will be 225/40. Thanks, great site. ohsik83 Posted May 20, 2005 Share Posted May 20, 2005 I got 18x8 with +48 offset wheels on my LGT. Even 8" wide rims with 48 offest don't stick out the fender wells. I also got the 225/40/18 tires. I don't see any problem with your setup. They will stick out more than the stock rims, but I'm pretty much sure they will fit flush under fender wells.
