If you want to sell locally, use craigslist or your local/regional forums, or even the regional subforums here. Nothing is more annoying that searching for somathing and being willing to pay to ship but the seller is just too lazy to want to ship the item(s). I still think that at a minimum, the P/U only or Local Only designation should at least have to be in the title. If it's a local sale, they just post that it's available locally. That said, several have found it expedient to test the waters locally, and then find a broader market outside their local/regional geography and have adapted their FS threads accordingly.
