xero287
Right, but what if i no longer have that grease...lol
scottyjneilson
I would just hit up the autoparts shop they should have some thick multipurpose grease that will not corrode the bushings
citka
I've always used a good quality lithium grease. Holds up well to the weather and does the job.
scottyjneilson
^ indeed that was the word (lithium) i was looking for thanks citka. I believe you could even find some at an Ace hardware or similar hardware store!

citka
Very interesting. I may have to research more and re-evaluate my shop supplies.

scottyjneilson
hmm interesting... Lithium grease... like you citka, I may need to research more and re-evaluate my choice in grease. Like I said I used the grease supplied with the bar... but for other things I have chosen multi purpose lithim grease... Couldnt be as bad as using vegitable oil as lube with a condom! haha! xero287
Well I used the silicon stuff that I posted today, It's great because I got the kind that has the teflon in it as well. No more squeaks and the ride actually feels a tiny bit tighter. I tightened up the endlinks and greased the bushings, all in all took me 12 minutes on ramps lol.
