almostinvincible119 Posted February 6, 2011 Share Posted February 6, 2011 Just replaced the clutch with an Exedy/LWFW kit and we reinstalled the slave cylinder to the tranny and when I push the pedal down, it sticks to the floor. I can manually pull it back up. The system DID NOT get broken open. I left it fully contained. Is it possible that with this new clutch, that the slave cylinder isn't engaging properly. Im sorry if this is a stupid question. I'm pretty new to Subi's and they seem to be a completely different world than old US muscle that I'm used to. But check that the slave cylinder is actually working when someone pushes the pedal down and pulls it back up. If it is working, it might be that the clutch fork wasnt put in properly.
