LongHiway
Just about every sushi place has Yellow tail / Hamachi. Now, ask us which restaurant is the best and, you'll get 15,000 posts...
FPerron
There's a big difference between serving Hamachi as sushi and preparing Hamachi Kama. Must "sushi places" are run by Chinese who couldn't spell Hamachi Kama. Even Japanese run places that specialize in sushi rarely get into making non-sushi dishes. For example, I have a hell of a time finding Sanma.

A_Tang
That and mackeral collar are hands down my favorite dishes to order. A lot of izakayas in NYC serve this and I always get an order of it.
RyanGT
If you were in Seattle, I would recommend Maneki in the International district. They are a Seattle institution when it comes to quality Japanese food. . . I have enough drama for now.....
