What happens if somone calls the state police and says, this guy stole money from me, and I know where he works/lives and have all of his information, would you be willing to go over and investigate? Anyone try that. I certainly would, but the guy didn't rip me off, so that would be falsifying information. I feel like state police are going to be more apt to handle this sort of stuff then the local police.

Saw a black LGT this morning going down Nonantum Rd. towards Watertown MA. Tinted windows and HID's, I waved but couldn't tell if it was a wave back.

Saw a blue (maybe LGT), with black rims, and dark tints going down Market St. in Brighton Ma. towards storrow drive.

Ahh another Red Gt must be in the area, I was heading west on the 57, at around that time. I see about 5 GT's a day, I give em the wave. I saw an all white about a week ago with PA (I think) plates, tints, exhaust, pretty clean and loud.

^ They would not be able to touch your property and/or search your phone without a warrant. You don't have to give them the phone, you can just say I wasn't texting, and then the cop can either write you the ticket, and you can dispute it and he will have to show proof, or he won't.

I heard a piece on NPR from some retired veteran State trooper commando sergeant, and he said it will be a very hard law to enforce, and essentially the way they are most likely going to bust people is see them swerving or running a stop sign or not paying attention, and pull them over for that, and then look to see if it appears they were texting while driving. Also it was explained that law applies to using the internet, and texting, but would assume anything that you are doing with your cellphone to detract from driving would fall under this law. However, the cop has to physically see you texting or whatever to write you the ticket.

Silver 09 LGT parked at parking lot next to ace tickets at Fenway Park, anyone on here, I am parked in the same garage. Looked like it might have had a drop and a CBE.
